Duties:

  • Taking orders on phones from customers
  • Processing on BV Accounting software
  • Handling walk in customer, handling cash or credit card for payment
  • Handling in and out shipments by courtier
  • Stamping envelop with mailing stamps
  • Office matter to type using computer

MUST HAVE:

  • Must know computer, knowledge of MS off preferred
  • Must have knowledge of accounting software
  • Have car to commute to work, or live nearby to use transportation
  • Neat & clean and must read and write English, other language is an asset, & motivated 
  • Prior work experience is an asset
  • Punctual, can work with fellow employees
  • Not temperamental must be a team player
