Industry: Customer Service
- Perform outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Generate 10+ leads per day.
- Identify and overcome objections.
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customers.
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
- Obtain/ verify customer information including names, addresses, emails, contact numbers.
- Record customer details including result of each call.
- Record details of Appointment made.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Call Centre environment (outbound).
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with current/ potential customers at all times
- Strong typing skills.
- Experience with negotiation and sales.
- Strong command of English both written and verbal.
- Background in Telemarketing is preferred
