Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for assessment

·         Analyze important data and create reports for the director’s review

·         Manage both paper and electronic filing systems

·         Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person

·         Provide general information to patients, staff and the public regarding company or rules, regulations and procedures

·         Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

·         Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail

·         Assist with administrative procedures

 

Requirement

·         College diploma/ University Degree

·         Bilingual is an asset not mandatory

·         Represent company in a positive manner

·         Work Independently or as part of a team

·         Book keeping, sales of goods

·         Administrative Assistant, multi-tasker, also able to handle  myriad system

·         Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

·         Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

·         Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
