Responsibilities:

  • ·  Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person
  • Manage both paper and electronic filing systems
  • ·  Provide general information to customer, and the public regarding company or rules, regulations and procedures
  • ·  Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • ·  Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail
  • ·  Preparing Customer Order & related materials
  • ·  Billing, Invoice, keeping records
  • ·  Accounts Payable & Receivable and Payroll
  • ·  Order Supplies as required
  • ·  Assist with administrative procedures 
  •  
  • Requirement
  • ·  6 months administrative experience
  • ·  Represent company in a positive manner
  • ·  Work Independently or as part of a team
  • ·  Administrative Assistant, multi-tasker, also able to handle  multiply lines
  • ·  Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • ·  Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • ·  Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • ·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
