Monday to Thursday 12-9pm; Friday/Saturday 8am to 5pm. Agents must be open for a split shift where the 2 day weekly off is not consecutive; they will get Sunday and another day off in the week.

  • Talk to customers over the phone
  • Email or chat to bring resolution to unpaid accounts and answer their questions
  • Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system
  • Remain calm and helpful even when dealing with upset customers
  • Escalate customer complaints and/or calls to your manager when necessary
  • When requested, process correspondence while following all relevant laws and guidelines
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to your manager on ways the company can improve
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your management team


  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skill is a plus
  • Previous customer service and/or collections experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Care about helping their customers

  • Ability to multitask well
  • Can adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Positive and can handle stress
  • Can maintain the highest level of confidentiality
