$14.00/hr for training (3 weeks), $15.00/hr after completion of training $16.00/hr after 120 days
Shift: 
8am – 11pm Monday through Sunday. (ideally looking for candidates with open availability).

Responsibilities:

·         Reinforce the company brand, instilling trust, building relationships, and delivering on the value proposition

·         Attract potential customers by answering shopping/buying, selling/consigning, shipping or other related questions in easy to understand, helpful fashion

·         Convert or retain customers through needs identification, research, problem-solving, and developing solutions and /or alternative approaches to delighting the customer

·         Maintain data integrity through accurate documentation of customer records and interactions

·         Continually work to understand our products and customers; capturing and providing feedback/insights leading to improvements (product, process, and operational efficiency)

·         Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

 

Requirements:

·         Experience an asset in a customer support role (ideally in an e-commerce environment) using various channels of communication (phone, email, chat.)

·         Proficient with the Google suite of browser tools

·         Excellent written and verbal skills an asset

·         25+ WPM

·         Is customer Centric - has a genuine passion to help those around you

·         Willing to learn/grow/flex customer service muscles

·         Is curious - wants to understand how things work with the intention of improving service

·         Ability to communicate - professionally, conversationally, and with compassion

·         Willing to adapts to different personality types

·         Willing to listen to customers, formulating a personalized response to their needs

·         Enjoys problem-solving - comfortable navigating hurdles uses critical thinking & good judgment

·         Effectively multi-tasking without negatively impacting the quality

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ever-changing requirements
