Requirements:·        

  • Provide solutions and maintain exceptional customer service to your customers
  • Actively approaching customers within the store to drive traffic to the location
  • Develop, train, mentor and manage employees
  • Meeting required sales and operational targets both personally and for the location overall
  • Provide customers with superior knowledge of all product lines and services available
  • Establish trusting relationships with customers by helping them find the best products to meet their needs
  • Work in partnership with District Sales Managers and team members to maximize store sales
  • Performance manage store employees who do not meet expectations along with providing feedback on a weekly basis
  • Understand market trends and high-level competitor sales volumes
  • Create a motivating environment for the team
